The Connecticut Epilepsy Advocate Foundation works with veterans across Connecticut who are living with Epilepsy or supporting a loved one who is. Through our network of advisors, pharmacies, and transportation partners, we can help with:

Prescription cost assistance and brand-medication access
Medic Alert bracelets and I.C.E. sheets
Transportation support, including M7’s Veteran Heroes for Hire program
Connection to neurologists and Epilepsy-savvy clinicians
Social Security Disability guidance via our Advisory Board
